Besides mindfulness as an approach to stress and anxiety, I offer counselling, where we spend some time building a relationship to cradle problems rooted in previous events, in family or in the field of work and career.
Here I use careful listening, reflection and empathy to enable clients to unfold what bothers and restricts them and seek new ways of coping. Psychodrama can provide one format which offers support and change, and a connection to grounding, movement and practice which can lead to better ways of living.
This may require time, but even a shorter span can begin healing processes.
