Mindfulness is a natural process, which  enables us to be what we truly are. It is about maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment through a gentle, nurturing lens.Research has shown it can reduce a wide range of symptoms, and foster a calmer and more peaceful way of life. See Blogs for details of this.Mindfulness is based on ancient practices originating in the East, and adapted through neuroscience to Western scientific research of the brain and human functioning. The practices are very simple and non-threatening but research has shown they reduce anxiety and stress, and symptoms they cause. We can work together to create an on-going programme to maintain a greater sense of calm and peace.
